The final part of our look at The Boy King at King's Landing and the War of the Five Kings from the point of view of the Lannisters and the Baratheons of King's Landing will cover a lot of information. We start with the Warden of the West in the field trying to get his priorities straight, fly over to the capital of Westeros to see how the new psychotic pre-teen King is getting on as his incestuous mother and halfman uncle tediously plot the defenses of their city from the impending attack of his other gaunt, surly, and much taller uncle... that isn't really his uncle... who has just killed his gay uncle... who also isn't his uncle, and of course try to update and refresh all the players in the #Wo5K, wherever they may be, that have an effect on our protagonist.
Is this a podcast about reviewing and analyzing a fictional story or the worst and most offensive soap opera ever?!? We surely forget sometimes!
With our final look at King Joffrey I Baratheon, we have covered 4 of the 5 Kings that took part in this gargantuan Realm-wide struggle. Before we dig our teeth into the flesh of The King in the Narrow Sea, however, we will be coming back at you with some mini-sodes. The topic of these shorter and better worded podcasts will be interesting as they always are.
