In Part 1 of The Princes That Were Promised's analysis of Westeros' favorite dad, Sean and John slice and dice the Warden of the North into bite-size segments covering all the different aspects of the character that is Eddard Stark.

This episode examines poor ol' Ned as a plot device, and despite being a plot device, how he still has more layers than Sean's sister-in-law's fantastic 9-Layer Dip (which may, in fact, be only 6 layers).

We also take look at the Old Gods, as well as the other major religions of Westeros, and how they tie in with Ned's life and choices.
